MAIN COURSES

Steak au Poivre
Fried fillet mignon steak topped with a white wine and double cream sauce, garnished with red and green peppers, olives and tomatoes, and served with new potatoes.
Shish Kebab
Tender cubes of free-range chicken with mushroom, tomato, onion, and green pepper. Cooked and served on a skewer, on a bed of crushed new potatoes garnished with tomato salad.
Poached Salmon
Fillet of salmon, poached in a Court Bouillon, served with Hollandaise sauce, garnished with new potatoes and cucumber salad.
Vegetarian Kebab
Cubes of marinated tofu with mushroom, tomato, onion, apple and green pepper. Cooked and served on a skewer, on a bed of crushed new potatoes garnished with mixed green salad.
